The restaurant chain as a whole will be shut down because the parent companies, Fresh Acquisitions, LLC and Buffets, LLC, have re-filed for bankruptcy protection, which will result in the closure of all of the restaurants in the chain.

People who are in possession of these cards have two choices open to them: they can either use them at any of the restaurants that are run by Buffets Inc., which is the parent business of OCB, or they can call to request a refund on their purchase.
