Since the beginning of the 2020 pandemic, Old Country Buffet restaurants have been forced to close their doors. In light of the re-filing for bankruptcy protection by Fresh Acquisitions, LLC and Buffets, LLC, the whole restaurant chain will be closed.

Those who have one of these cards can do one of two things: either use it at any of the restaurants operated by Buffets Inc., OCB’s parent company, or call customer service to get their money back. Dial 1-800-871-0956 to reach someone in the Guest Relations division of Buffets Inc.
